But, you need to commit to wanting to learn and participate if you wish to maximize your Learning, so you can then Create, and then Implement your knowledge of doing business in China. PROGRAM DESIGN: Four Month Phases For Learning, Creating, And Implementing Your China Business Plan And Launch. The TMC mentoring program is designed as a 12 month live webinar and interactive program that is taught and experienced through four month learning modules or phases. At the end of each four month session there will be a required exam that must be passed in order for you to continue to the next phase of the mentoring. If you do not pass the exam then you will be required to discuss with Mr. Polin the extent of additional consultation you will need to further your program. This is important as a real time barometer for each participant as it is the intent of the program that each person completing the 12 months will be ready to fully engage China with a proper business plan and full implementation capacity. Each four months phase (Learn, Create, and Implement) will have particular topics directly relevant to you accomplishing the TMC objectives and your personal goals for that specific phase. Each monthly topic (s) will be designed by Attorney Polin based upon the most current issues in China that he feels directly impact your success in doing business there as it relates to that phase of Learning. The three phases are described below in detail. The Learning Phase will focus on distinct foundational principles of HOW to do business in China that must be learned and understood prior to Creating and Implementing. The Creating Phase will force you to think and create your business plan incorporating the how to principles Learned in phase one and help you determine the viability for your product or service in the China Market based upon their unique cultural preferences and 5000 year history. The Implementation Phase is designed for you to Now Implement what you have learned and what you will learn the next four months. Now is “go time”, time for you to implement and then apply it to real time China business opportunities. (NOTE: SOME OF THE TOPICS IN EACH PHASE MAY CROSS-OVER BUT THE APPLICATION OF EACH WILL BE FOCUSED ON THAT PHASE.) LEARNING: The foundational and critical topics TMC will focus on at this phase will be:
CREATING In this phase of Creating, the TMC focus is distinctly on using the knowledge of the Learning foundational principles and applying them directly to your product or service. This phase will prepare you for the actual launch and implementation of your product, service, and company into the China market space and will thoroughly involve you in:
IMPLEMENTATION At this point you have completed the first two phases and passed the exams that confirm your understanding of them. Now is your time to Implement and get ready “to go”, to engage, to build your company with Chinese deals. You now know the foundational issues and much more on what China is about. Most importantly, you now know how to think correctly about doing business there. You are confident that you have created the right business plan for your product or service and are anxious to finalize these plans and prepare for selling to a market of 1.4 billion consumers. This is the time to prepare for Implementation and you will be tested in this phase to make sure you are ready. You will make decisions that will impact and affect your business and you will look at China with eyes wide open. You will see the realities of success and watch for the traps that will slow you down. This is your time to do what you have been dreaming of doing; taking your plans to an execution level, to a MASTER LEVEL. This last phase, Implementation, will combine the first two phases of Learning and Creating, and set your foundation to enter the China Market. This phase will direct you towards finalizing your skills and resources to launching your product, services, or company into the China market. The focus and streamlined approach of this phase will focus on:
This phase will culminate with your taking a trip to China with Mr. Polin where you will have the opportunity to: Engage investors Meet with potential businesses both private and government Discuss and evaluate possible joint venture partners Analyze licensing opportunities and direct sales options Develop affiliates and relationships to assist you with the launching of your business Utilize all of these tools to launch your business in china and therefore, grow it in America.
